What drew you to work at Motivation Technologies?
My older sister was an Account Manager at MoTech for a few years and she was deciding to leave around the same time I was looking for a job! We had similar majors and she really enjoyed her time here, so I went for the position and got it!
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I’m usually walking my dog, planning my next vacation, trying a new restaurant, or scoping out a thrift store.
Do you have any pets?
I have one dog named after the Harry Potter character Luna Lovegood, but she also responds to Woo. In high school I made an Instagram account for her, convinced I could get famous off how cute she is, but unfortunately her fame never took off.
Do you collect anything?
I think most people who know me would argue that I collect purses, although the collection was started subconsciously.
It’s your birthday dinner. What anything-goes meal are you requesting?
Pasta (with pesto or vodka sauce), pizza, and a good Caesar salad.
You’re about to give a big client presentation. What’s your walk-up song as you approach the microphone?
“Let’s Get It Started” – Black Eyed Peas
If you could pick one superpower for work, what would it be and why? And what’s your superhero name?
I would like the power to know the answer to everything because I would be able to finish tasks much faster. Superhero name: Hol with the Knowl.
If you could have an alternate profession, what would it be and why?
I would either have my own clothing brand or be a luxury hotel and restaurant reviewer so I could get paid to travel and eat expensive food.
What's one item on your bucket list and why?
I’d like to live somewhere outside of the United States for a while. I never got the chance to study abroad in college and I’d like to be able to explore more countries I’ve never been.
If you could change any work policy, what would it be and why?
I would change the policy that we have to work Monday-Friday. I’ve heard lots of benefits about 4-day work weeks. 😊
