ATD (Association for Talent Development) held its annual conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, recently. In attendance this year was Motivation Technologies, whose representatives entertained prospective clients and presided over an insightful breakout session.
MoTech Director of Account Services Steve Hoerner and Senior Vice President of Technology Beat Bartlome presented “Project Moonshot: Exploring the Content Creation Frontier,” a guided tour of the creation of a highly-engaging training piece aimed at high-end real estate agents looking to sell property on the moon. Attendees were treated to Moon Cheese and Moon Pies and a speculative training program complete with an interactive learning module extolling the virtues of a lunar-based property investment.
Back at the booth, MoTech employees greeted visitors from financial, retail, manufacturing, health care, government, insurance, agriculture, energy, education and other industries to learn about MoTech’s training production and customizable LMS platform. For each day of the conference, MoTech awarded one Apple Watch to a lucky visitor, sending them over the moon.
